Two that come to mind are the London Sea Life Aquarium in England and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies in Tennessee. A few others include the:
Sydney Aquarium, Australia
A few things that make the Sydney Aquarium stand out from the rest include the location, its size and the marine life on display. The Sydney Aquarium is located on Sydney's beautiful Darling Harbour and boasts a huge variety of marine life and, unlike other aquariums, the Sydney Aquarium boasts long and wide tunnels that allow you to comfortably watch sharks, rays, and other marine for hours.
The cost to get into the Sydney Aquarium is around $35, which is fairly pricey but if you’re planning to see other top tourist attractions in Sydney it’s a good idea to purchase the Sydney Pass i-Venture Card to save money. You can get a 3-day Sydney pass for adults for around $155 when buying in advance.

The Lost Chambers of Atlantis, Dubai
The Lost Chambers Aquarium is simply stunning and it’s by far one of the best aquariums in the world because of its mind-blowing theme that beautifully recreates the mythological city of Atlantis.
There are dozens of ancient relics underwater and artifacts laid-out inside the Lost Chambers aquarium, so while strolling the place you truly get the feeling of being on a cool archeological expedition. Marine World is really and truly a fantastic place to be. Among other things, you’ll get to see rare species of rays such as Blotched fantail ray, dozens of sea jellies species, and other marine life endemic to China such as Chinese Sturgeon and Chinese high fin banded shark.
