What is a Spartan Race?
Unlike traditional distance running, a Spartan Race includes a variety of obstacles and challenges designed to push athletes to new physical and mental heights. Spartan Race was created by The “Founding Few” crew who include Joe Desena, Mike Morris, Selica Sevigny, Richard Lee, Brian Ducanson, Andy Weinberg, Noel Hanna and Shaun Bain.
